We engineer thecloud, DevOps, and AIplatforms behind growth.
EvolutionTech is a cloud & AI engineering firm founded by senior Azure/AWS architects. We design, automate, and operate the infrastructure enterprises run on — then layer AI on top of it, not the other way around.
Full-stack cloud engineering, end to end.
From migrating legacy workloads into the cloud to building AI-augmented platforms that survive real traffic — we cover the full surface area a modern engineering org needs.
Enterprise Azure, AWS, and hybrid designs — landing zones and phased migrations built for scale and cost-efficiency.
Pipelines your team trusts. Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitOps, blue/green and canary releases end to end.
Production AI — Azure OpenAI, RAG search, and ML pipelines wired into real workflows, not demos.
AKS, EKS, Docker, Istio. Microservices platforms that scale horizontally and recover on their own.
Zero-trust architecture — Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault, OAuth/OIDC, Sentinel — without slowing delivery.
Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Data Lake, Databricks. Pipelines that move data reliably at scale.
Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana. SLOs and alerting that catch problems before users do.
Ongoing SRE and on-call support, cost optimization, and patch management for platforms already in production.
A repeatable pipeline from chaos to platform.
Discover
We audit current architecture, workloads, costs, and security posture, then identify the highest-leverage moves.
Design
Target architecture, landing zones, networking and identity blueprints — reviewed with your engineering and security teams.
Automate
Terraform/Bicep modules, CI/CD pipelines, golden images. Every environment becomes reproducible.
Deploy
Phased cutovers with zero-downtime patterns and rollback plans always ready — including any AI/ML components.
Operate
Observability, runbooks, SLOs, and on-call. Continuous cost and reliability tuning after launch.
Built by engineers who've run the pager.
EvolutionTech was founded by J Ntongwe, a senior Azure/AWS cloud architect with 8+ years designing and operating platforms for insurance, banking, and healthcare organizations. We built EvolutionTech because too many teams get bounced between a cloud vendor, a DevOps contractor, and an AI startup — three relationships, three handoffs, and no one accountable for the whole system.
Our engineers work the way in-house platform teams do: hands-on with the architecture, on-call for what they ship, and fluent across cloud, DevOps, and applied AI — so the infrastructure and the intelligence layered on top of it are designed together, not bolted on afterward.
A deep stack, not a buzzword bingo.
Every tool here is something our team has shipped to production — usually under heavy load, often under compliance, always with someone on-call.
Cloud migrations, AKS/EKS platform builds, IaC rollouts, DevOps modernization, security uplifts, and applied AI/ML projects. We work as a fixed-scope engagement, an embedded team extension, or an ongoing managed-operations retainer.
Azure is our deepest stack, but we design and operate serious AWS workloads too, including hybrid architectures. The patterns transfer; we pick the platform that fits your constraints, not ours.
Yes — our team has worked in insurance, banking, healthcare, and government. Encryption at rest/in transit, secrets management, RBAC, Sentinel monitoring, and audit-ready trails are part of the default playbook.
We treat AI as another workload to architect properly — RAG search, document processing, and automation built on Azure OpenAI or Cognitive Services, wired into your existing data and identity model instead of living in a silo.
All three. We're based in Austin, TX, with experience leading distributed teams across North America. Time-zone overlap and a clean async cadence usually matter more than a chair location.
Lead time to deploy, change-failure rate, MTTR, cost per workload, and platform adoption from the engineers using it. If those move, the business outcomes follow.
Have a cloud or AI problem that won't sit still?
Whether it's a migration that's stalled, a Kubernetes platform you want to take seriously, or an AI initiative that needs real infrastructure under it — let's talk.
